About this Speaker
Williams is a Physical Education Teacher at 13th & Green Elementary in the Reading School District and also a Coach for 13th & Green Elementary Tennis Club. What began in 2015 as a small before school club of seven, has grown to a team of over thirty student athletes. In season, the dedicated bunch meets for practice every Tuesday through Thursday after school from 3-4 with matches taking place during the week. The school loves when it is tennis season. On match days not only the team, but the teaching staff at 13th & Green can be seen wearing our tennis apparel in support. This past season the team won the city championship! The tennis club would not be able to thrive without the unwavering support of the USTA, Reading Rec Commission, COR Tennis, and Fromuth.
